H.E.Mr. Da Silva was Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, from January 31 to April 16, 2018. In March 2023, he was appointed Ambassador to the Republic of Portugal. In previous terms, he also served as Minister of Fisheries, Minister of National Defense, and Minister of National Education, Culture, Science, Youth and Sports.

H.E.Mr. Ziguélé was Prime Minister of the Central African Republic from 2001 to 2003. He is currently President of the Mouvement de Libération du Peuple Centrafricain (MLPC). Previously, he was a member of the National Assembly of the Central African Republic.

H.E.Mr. Dileita was Prime Minister of the Republic of Djibouti from 2001 to 2013 and is a member of the Rassemblement du Peuple pour le Progrès.

H.E.Mr. Abdirizak was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia from November 9, 2020 to November 20, 2021, he also served as the Chief of Staff of the Presidency of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia from 2007 to 2008.

H.E.Mr. Barry was Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Burkinabees Abroad between 2016 and 2021.

H.E.Mr. Lutfo Dlamini was Eswatini’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2011. He also served as Minister of Labor and Social Security from 2011 to 2013 and Minister of Enterprise and Employment from 1998 to 2008.

H.E.Mr. Ehouzou was Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Francophonie of the Republic of Benin from 2008 to 2011. He also served as Ambassador of the African Union (AU) in Geneva from May 2012 to January 2018.

H.E.Mr. Patrick Rajoelina was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2021 to 2022. He currently holds the position of Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Madagascar.

H.E.Mr. Findley served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia from 2018 to 2020. He also served as President Pro Tempore of the Senate from 2012 to 2014.

H.E.Mr. Immongault served as Gabon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2018 to 2019. He also served as Minister of Economy, Investment Promotion and Prospective.

H.E.MR. Kasaila served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, from 2016 to 2017 and from 2019 to 2020, of the Republic of Malawi. In previous terms, he also served as Minister of Transport and Works from 2014 to 2016, Minister of Labor, Youth, Sports and Labor Cooperation from 2017 to 2018, Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism from 2018 to 2019, and Minister of Agriculture and Food Security in the year 2020.

H.E.Mr. Tavares was Minister of Foreign Affairs, Communities and Defense from 2016 to 2021. H.E.MR. Tavares has also served as Advisor to the Prime Minister of Cape Verde, Director of the Office of Studies and Planning of the Municipality of Praia, and Municipal Councilor of Praia.

H.E.M. Ndiaye served as Senegal’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2017. He currently holds the position of Minister, Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Senegal.
H.E.M. Ndiaye also served as First Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Senegal to the United Nations in New York from 1996 to 2003 and as Director of Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2009.

H.E.Mr. Lundula was Vice-President of the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2016 to 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration from 2000 to 2003. He also served as Minister of Human Rights from 1999 to 2000, Senator from 2007 to 2016, and Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic from 2005 to 2007.

H.E.Mr. Touré was Minister of Foreign Affairs and Guineans Abroad from 2017 to 2021. H.E.Mr. Touré also served as Permanent Representative of Guinea to the United Nations.

H.E.Mr. Raphael Tuju is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kenya from 2005 to 2007. He also served as Minister of Tourism and Information from 2004 to 2005.

H.E.Mr. Badjo was Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs from 2005 to 2006, he also served as Minister of the Interior from 1995 to 1997, he was also Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Iran, Qatar and Morocco. He is currently the President of the Gambia Football Association.

H.E.Mr. Makgothi served as Lesotho’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2020.

H.E.Mr. Fahmi was Minister of Cooperation and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Comoros from 2010 to 2011. He also served as Minister of State and Minister of Justice from 2016 to 2017.

David John Francis is a politician and academic who served as Chief Minister of Sierra Leone from April 2018 to April 2021 and then Minister of Foreign Affairs from April 2021 to July 2023

Urbino Botelho was Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Communities of Sao Tome and Principe from October 2016 to December 2018. He was later appointed as Special Representative of the Economic Community of Central African States in Chad

Ezechiel Nibigira was appointed Burundi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2018, a position he left to become Minister of East African Community Affairs, Youth, Sports, and Culture from June 2020 until 2023.

Albert Mabri Toikeusse was successively Minister of Planning (2011-2016), Foreign Affairs (2016) and, Higher Education (2018-2020) in Côte d’Ivoire. In 2023, Mr. Toikeusse was re-elected as the President of the Tonkpi Region.

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Senegal from 2000 to 2009, Cheikh Tidiane Gadio was also Vice President of the National Assembly of Senegal from 2019 to 2022. Since September 2020, he has been Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) to Mali. He was also Special Envoy of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for the Central African Republic (February 2014 – March 2017) and Special Representative for Africa to the OIC Secretary General (January 2016 – March 2017).
